  • Content: Posts, comments, and messages you create; event listings if you are a provider.
  • Transaction data: Event registrations and payment-related information (handled by our payment provider; we may store booking and payment status).
  • Usage and device data: How you use the app (e.g. pages viewed, actions), device type. When you use features like "near me," we use your device location or a location you choose (e.g. an address) only during your session—we do not store your location after you leave.

3. How we use it

We use this data to provide and improve the service: to show your feed, recommend events and content by interests and location, process registrations and payments, communicate with you, and ensure safety and compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing. We may share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, payments, maps) under contracts that protect your data.

4. Age and children

Splor is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your choices

You can update or delete your profile and content in the app. You can control location access in your device settings. You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to object to or restrict certain processing, depending on where you live. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data in line with our retention policy.
